Hosting
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3 and Amazon CloudFront), provided by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg. Content is stored on EU infrastructure and served from CloudFront's edge network.
The contact form and your data
When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, and optionally a company name, a description of what you run, and your message.
Submissions are delivered to us by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., formspree.io), the form-processing service this site uses. Formspree passes your submission to us and handles it under its own privacy policy. If you email us directly instead, only we receive it.
We use what you send for exactly one purpose: reading your inquiry and answering it. Your details are never sold, never shared for marketing, and never added to a mailing list. We keep them no longer than we need to answer you and follow up on the conversation you started.
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: write to hello@flochai.com and we will do it.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. No visitor tracking, no advertising tech, no fingerprinting, nothing that needs a consent banner. That is why there is none.
One preference is stored in your own browser (localStorage): your dark-or-light choice. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing.
For completeness: your browser fetches the site's fonts from Google Fonts and a script library from the unpkg content-delivery network, which technically discloses your IP address to those services, as any web request does. Neither is used by us to identify or track you.

Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site (text, design, illustrations) belongs to CYSPEO. Client work shown remains the property of the clients concerned.
