For US companies

Prices in dollars.

The same three tiers and two projects, invoiced in US dollars with no French VAT. The work runs on Paris hours, so an East Coast team shares every morning with us, and the named on-call window runs to 4 PM Eastern.

Hours

Sprint work happens in Paris business hours: 3 AM to noon Eastern, midnight to 9 AM Pacific. Standups and reviews sit in the overlap; everything else lands in your repos with a written trail, which is how the work is designed anyway.

paris time, async by design, written reviews

Invoicing and tax

Invoices in US dollars, by wire, payable at 30 days. No French VAT applies to services supplied to a business outside the EU; any tax due where you are is yours to handle.

usd, wire, no vat

Contract

A signed quotation under the published terms, French law. Dollar prices are set for the US market and fixed for the term you sign, so the exchange rate is our problem, not yours.

Three tiers, two projects.

Everything lands in your repos with runbooks, and invoices hold no surprises. If we vanished tomorrow, you'd lose a vendor, not your platform.

Named on-call windowEvery tier covers business hours. A named window (weekdays 1 AM–4 PM Eastern, weekends 3 AM–1 PM Eastern, 30-minute acknowledgement) adds 30% with a $1,400 monthly minimum, and Scale already includes one.
